Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of AutoAddy, a media operations platform provided by AutoAddy LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AutoAddy," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

Use of the Service

AutoAddy is intended for business use by automotive dealership groups, agencies, and authorized collaborators. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only in accordance with applicable laws, contracts, and these Terms.

Accounts and Authorized Users

Access is invitation-based. Customer administrators are responsible for inviting authorized users, assigning appropriate roles, removing users who no longer need access, and ensuring users comply with these Terms.

Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of creative assets, campaign data, dealership information, compliance notes, and other content submitted to AutoAddy. You grant AutoAddy the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and support that content as part of providing the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use AutoAddy to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, misrepresent identity, or send unsolicited, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful communications. You are responsible for ensuring that campaign materials, claims, offers, and disclosures are accurate and legally compliant.

Email and Service Communications

AutoAddy sends transactional service emails related to account invitations, authentication, password resets, access changes, support, billing, and security. These emails are sent to users who have been invited to or otherwise authorized for the service. AutoAddy does not permit use of the platform or its email systems for purchased lists, rented lists, spam, or unsolicited bulk email.

Fees and Payment

Paid services are governed by the applicable order form, invoice, subscription terms, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep AutoAddy reliable and secure, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or events outside our control. We may modify the service to improve security, performance, functionality, or compliance.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. AutoAddy disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoAddy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
